MIND, BODY, FOOD: THE THREE PILLARS OF HEALTH

Everyone dreams of impeccable health so that they can live life to the fullest. But what exactly is good health? Simply put, it's the fact that you feel good about yourself, your mind and your social environment. We can even see 3 main pillars that allow us to have an iron constitution.

FOOD, THE MAIN PILLAR OF HEALTH

It is virtually impossible to achieve impeccable health by neglecting diet. Of course, the healthier, richer and more balanced our diet is, the more it can meet your body's needs by providing you with all the energy you need. Therefore, in terms of nutrition, you should favour foods rich in vitamins, iron, minerals, etc. to avoid deficiencies that could weaken the body. Of course, it is our physical and mental abilities that will be the first victims of this deficiency. What's more, excess is strictly to be avoided (fats, sugars, salt, alcohol...) at the risk of clogging the body and promoting overweight. This is why it is more than essential to have a balanced, measured, digestible, individualized diet. If possible, favour organic food with living elements: fruit, vegetables...

SECOND PILLAR: FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOUR BODY

Yes, there is nothing more pleasant than a healthy, strong, aesthetic and painless body! The body, just like food, is one of the three pillars of health. In order to feel better in your body, you must not neglect sleep and recovery. Never forget that recovery includes all the means that allow the body and of course the mind to rest. Sleep is vital for both our body and our brain.  Then, there is also physical activity: moving, walking, dancing, running, doing sports... allowing us to further strengthen our health. Physical activity mainly strengthens our heart muscle while improving our cardiovascular capacity. And never forget that life is movement! Therefore, we must always move to do good to our cells, our bones, and especially our body.

THIRD PILLAR OF HEALTH: THE MIND

When we talk about health, we often emphasize diet and physical activity. As a result, we tend to neglect another pillar that keeps us healthy, namely the mind. Of course, even if our diet is impeccable and we do sports regularly, it is impossible to have an iron constitution without mental serenity. So, on a daily basis, put things into perspective, avoid emotional pollution and especially stress, because our state of health depends on it. If possible, take the necessary time to relax, to think, to meditate, freeing yourself from all negativity. We must not also neglect the smile. Having a positive spirit and being happy can really do good for our health.
